Whole Beef Share Deposit

Whole Beef - $4,925   

• $950 deposit , remaining $3,975 due 30-days prior to harvest

Deposits are due at the time of purchase to reserve your beef share. The remaining amount will be invoiced to you 30 days prior to harvest (time allowed). Price includes beef share, processing and cut and wrap. To ensure the highest quality and largest yield, beef will be harvested in the summer and fall. Timeframe of beef availability is first come first serve. 

Fill your freezer with premium steaks, hearty roasts, ground beef, and specialty cuts like brisket for your friends and family! We will provide a standard butcher's choice variety of cuts for this product. 

Roughly speaking, with butcher's choice cuts, 1/2 of your meat will be ground and stew, 1/4 will be roasts (chuck, shoulder, rump, sirloin tip etc.), and 1/4 will be steaks (sirloin, prime/rib, T-bone, filet mignon, tenderloin etc.) 

Your beef will dry age for 21 days before being processed. Orders are typically ready for pickup/delivery about 3 weeks after the initial processing date. You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup.

*For whole and half beef shares, you will have full control over your cut selection. Quarter shares will be provided standard cuts.
