Why We Started Shining B

Shining B wasn't created because we wanted to start a beef business.

It was created because we wanted something better.

As parents, we became increasingly concerned about the disconnect between families and their food. We wanted to know exactly what was going into the beef we were feeding our daughter and where it came from.

The more we learned, the more we realized that quality, transparency, and trust were becoming harder to find.

So we decided to build something different.

Shining B Cattle Co. was founded on the belief that families deserve access to food raised with honesty, care, and intention.

Every decision we make—from how our cattle are raised to the nutrition programs we develop—is guided by one simple question:

Would we proudly feed this to our own family?

If the answer isn't yes, we don't do it.
