Do you offer delivery?
No. We currently only offer pick up at our designated location. You will be invoiced for final payment 30 days before harvest and notified once pick up is ready.

Yes! We pride ourselves on providing you with fresh, hormone free, ethically raised beef you can trust.
What is the average yield?
Average yield (meat in your freezer). Weights may vary, these are approximates.
Whole - 400-425lbs
Half - 200-225lbs
Quarter - 100-115lbs
*For whole and half beef shares, you will have full control over your cut selection. Quarter shares will be provided standard cuts.
How is your beef fed?
Our beef is grass grazed and finished on grain providing rich flavor and tenderness that you can taste.
